  • Avoid cooking sprays—they tend to build up over time.

  • Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth (they’re easy to clean, so no need for the dishwasher).

  • Don’t use high heat—medium is more than enough with these.

  • After washing, condition your pan by applying a thin layer of oil with a piece of paper towel and then wiping off any excess.
