Have you met Al Brown?

Well let me introduce you... Al Brown is a NZ Chef, Restauranteur, & Entrepreneur. As well as being a bit of an al-rounder in the food space with a smattering of businesses from an old school NY deli, to wood-fired bagels and wines, Al also has his range of sauces - pantry staples that you WILL become addicted to!


Two NEW Sauces dropped this week and they're SO GOOD!

While we've been huge fans of the habanero mustard (Emma is obsessed and swears it's essential on a hamburger!), kasundi ketchup, BBQ sauce and surf and turf for a while now. Two new flavours have just dropped and holy moly are they good!

Here's 5 Ways How We Use Al Brown Sauces...

  • Marinating a piece of salmon in GINGER NINJA for a few hours before baking.

  • Add a little mayo to some KASUNDI KETCHUP and use as a condiment on a chili chicken burger.

  • Make a Japanese style salad with noodles, edamame, spring onions, carrot, cabbage, shredded greens and a good dressing of OPEN SESAME.

  • Serve the SURF & TURF as a condiment on a fresh seafood platter for dipping fresh prawns and crab in.

  • Smoke a rack of pork ribs and glaze with the DOUBLE BROWN BBQ SAUCE.
