Pasta Michele Portoghese brings the heart of Tuscany to your kitchen with its beautifully crafted, artisanal pasta. Made using 100% Italian flour and carefully selected durum wheat semolina, each shape reflects generations of traditional Italian pasta-making.

Bronze drawn for a perfectly textured, sauce-loving finish, the pasta is then slowly dried for 24–72 hours at low temperatures. This gentle process preserves its natural flavour, nutritional value, and ensures an exceptional al dente bite every time.
