Our addictive aioli has subtle notes of fresh garlic, but truly heroes its namesake ingredient. A perfect condiment to highlight the nuances of truffle, it is utterly addictive when used as a dip for hand cut chips, or on cafe-style sandwiches and wraps. Serve alongside freshly grilled prawns and scallops or add to Kipfer potatoes for a warm salad that is full of flavour.
