Manchego 12 Months 150gm

Made in the La Mancha region in central Spain since the time of the Romans, this cheese is now produced in large modern co-operatives. The flavour however remains unchanged as the sheep are still producing the same rich, aromatic milk as they continue to graze on the shrubs and grasses of the Dahesa.

The 12 month Manchego is firm, dry texture; nutty and peppery flavours and a lovely long finish.

This cheese is apart of our cut & cryovac range. Each piece is 150gm.
