Blackberry Jam

Cunliffe & Waters jams are cooked very quickly in small batches to retain the true flavour of the fruit.  An old fashioned favourite made from Yarra Valley Blackberries. Try in a steamed pudding or with scones and cream.  Stir through plain yoghurt to top your breakfast granola.
