Asparagus Risotto Mix 200gm

In a large frying pan, add the rice mixture & 125ml of dry white wine. Add 600ml of hot water or chicken (or veggie) stock & cook for 12 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add salt, knob of butter & parmesan cheese to taste. Buon appetito!
