Green Tomato Pickle

A lovely texture with a hint of fennel, wonderful with cheese, this old fashioned favourite is mandatory on a cold roast lamb sandwich, serve on the side of corn beef.  It also goes beautifully on a ploughman's lunch or a shepherd's pie.
