Simon Johnson Palm Sugar

Palm sugar adds the sweet component for Thai cuisine’s characteristic hot, sour, sweet and salty balance. This sugar has been sourced from coconut trees grown in coastal plantations, which are not created by culling any trees grown wild in the forests, thereby protecting the habitats for endangered orangutan species.
