Choc Bois Sauteuse Pan 28cm

This deep non-stick pan is perfect for gently cooking fish, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc. It's ideal for simmering stews & thickening sauces. It's not a pan for everything. If you want to sear, brown or grill on high heat, use a steel pan instead.

The handle is wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts, finished with beeswax which protects from the heat and makes it comfortable to hold.

Made in France. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.

Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
Do not heat when empty or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware.
