Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth Cognac.
The flavour is deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The subtle flavour of the Cognac provides a very sophisticated taste and a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of Christmas Pudding.
Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high.
