Use and Care

For best results, use a pastry brush to evenly coat the pan with soft butter to ensure all corners are well coated. For light cakes, sprinkle flour and for darker cakes sprinkle cocoa powder over the greased pan to aid release after baking. Do not use cooking sprays. To avoid overflow, fill batter ¾ full and gently tap on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Allow the cake to cool before release and decorate with a dusting of icing sugar, fruit or glazes.
