This Smoked Brie is infused with natural wood smoke flavouring providing a traditional, and subtle hickory flavour. When cutting this Brie you’ll notice a slight orange shade, which distinguishes this cheese from others on the platter. Established in 2012, Crémeux Provincial Cheese was the brainchild of renowned cheese makers Saul and Sheree Sullivan from Udder Delights in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, South Australia. They wanted to challenge the notion that ‘French cheese is better’ and created a range of approachable French inspired cheese handmade right here in Australia.
