Probably the most well known pasta, spaghetti is served traditionally with bolognese or carbonara. 

I Due Pastori produces traditional, slow dried (24-48 hours), Italian pasta using methods mastered by four generations of artisan pasta makers. Made from hard durum wheat, the dough is pressed through bronze dies, creating a rough surface, making sure each piece will hold onto as much sauce as possible for the perfect bite.
