Who doesn’t love garlic? OK, some of you don’t, however if you are a garlic lover, this easy to use, lightly spiced blend makes making garlic bread even easier, and tastier.
If Garlic Bread is new to you, instructions are on the back of the pack. Also, great spread on pizza bases to make a garlic pizza, or even to use as a coating for garlic prawns.
GARLIC BREAD
- Blend 2 tablespoons Garlic Bread Mix with 8 tablespoons butter, mixing to create a consistent buttery paste.
- Cut 20mm slices in a baguette.
- Using a broad knife, spread the seasoned butter on the inside of each cut, pressing slices together to re-form the loaf.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 150 degrees, or place on the barbecue.
