This is Hardcore Carnivore's take on the legendary spice blend from the bayous and swamps of Louisiana. Cajun packs a chili kick, with plenty of garlic and a hint of dried thyme. 

TO USE: Add cajun seasoning to taste in your favorite dishes like gumbo, red beans & rice and jambalaya. Or, use it to create blackened fish or chicken.

We love to sprinkle chicken thighs with Cajun, grill them and serve them on toasted burger buns with lettuce, tomato and mayo
