The Country pan is for different cooking styles: searing, sautéing, browning. The high sides make it perfect for preparing large quantities and for sautéed potatoes.
Heavy quality iron coated with beeswax protects the pan against oxidation. It gives excellent caramelisation of food & with gradual seasoning overtime, it will gain natural non-stick properties.
The handle is wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts, finished with beeswax which protects from the heat and makes it very comfortable to hold.
All cook stoves including induction.
Care: Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and light oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use any detergent and never wash in the dishwasher.
