Pasta Michele Portoghese brings the heart of Tuscany to your kitchen with its beautifully crafted, artisanal pasta. Made using 100% Italian flour and carefully selected durum wheat semolina, each shape reflects generations of traditional Italian pasta-making.

Bronze drawn for a perfectly textured, sauce-loving finish, the pasta is then slowly dried for 24–72 hours at low temperatures. This gentle process preserves its natural flavour, nutritional value, and ensures an exceptional al dente bite every time.

Fusilli’s spiral shape is perfect for holding onto sauces, making it ideal for hearty dishes like pasta bakes, rich tomato or cream sauces, and pesto. It also works beautifully in pasta salads, as the twists soak up plenty of flavour in every bite.
