Bomba Paella Rice

Founded in 1962, Santo Tomas has a privieged relationship with the Nature Reserve La Albufera which is one of the best areas for growing this particular rice. This rice is perfect to make a guaranteed delicious paella. Every country has a dish that unites its people or, just as often, divides them. In Spain, that dish is paella.
